We provide athletes with a comprehensive and structured regimen that aims to develop their skills, abilities, and knowledge of the game. Through focused coaching, practice drills, and strategic exercises, the program seeks to enhance players' technical proficiency, physical fitness, and tactical understanding. The ultimate goal is to prepare athletes for competitive play, equipping them with the necessary tools to excel in the sport while fostering personal growth, teamwork, and a lifelong passion for volleyball. Additionally, a well-designed training program aims to enhance athletes' overall physical conditioning, build mental resilience, and instill important values such as discipline, dedication, and sportsmanship.
All individual players will be placed on a team with 8-12 other players in their age group / skill level with one coach. Teams will practice for at least one hour every week for 13 weeks and will play matches on Friday nights over the course of 7-10 weeks (varies per session). Friends can request to be on the same team!
Minions: U10

Beginners: U12
Ages: 9-12
0-2 years of playing in church leagues, YMCA, Boys & Girls Club etc
Intermediate: U14
Ages: 12-14
1 year of playing Club (Juniors)
1-2 years of playing in a school league
3-5 years of playing in church leagues, YMCA, Boys & Girls Club etc
Advance: U16
Ages: 13-16
2+ years of playing Club (Juniors)
3+ years of playing in a school league
6+ years of playing in CYC, YMCA, Boys & Girls Club etc
Practices are mainly held at North County Recreation Complex and other gyms in the North County Area
All teams will Practice 1 night per week for an 1 1/2 hours. (1 hour court time 30 mins Dynamic Warm's, Injury Prevention, and Cool Downs)
Although practicing 1 night per week is good, there is an option to take your game to the next level! Our Elite Development Sports Performance Package is where individuals can opt to Practice 2 nights per week along with a Jump Training Program. Also because we are serious about your success, a MANDATORY 4 day Workout and Meal Plan will be Included
Time slots for practice will be between the hours of 4:00 pm and 6:30 pm Mondays & Wednesdays. Jump Training and Workout Plans can be done on the same days as practice or Tuesdays and Thursdays in person or online via our app. (In person has to be scheduled with a coach)
