At Game Changers Volleyball, we believe in empowering our players through the art of volleyball. Development Programs & Leagues aim to bridge this gap by offering a unique opportunity for girls to receive top-notch coaching from experienced professionals who are well-versed in the sport of volleyball. This middle ground between beginner recreational leagues, school teams, and expensive club teams ensures that talented individuals from all backgrounds have the chance to hone their skills and prepare for competitive play in the near future. This particular program will Practice and play in North County Gyms on Friday Nights

Includes 2 Days Per Week 1 1/2 Hour Weekly Practice,  Workout and Play In North County gyms and have 5-7 matches during the Friday Night League Play. Best 2 out of 3 games to 21 OR 50-Min Matches. (Whichever comes first). Times for League Play will be between the hours of 5:30pm-8:30pm

All individual players will be placed on a team of 8-10 players in their age group / skill level with one head coach.  Our experienced head coaches will lead all practices and may have an assistant coach and/or our assistant directors providing additional coaching.  Head coaches and/or Assistant coaches will lead Friday night matches.  Practice will be for 1 1/2 hours per day (45 MINS OF COURT TIME, 10 mins of Dynamic Warm-Ups, 30 mins of Speed, Agility, and Jump Training, & 5 mins of Cool Downs and Injury Prevention), two days per week. Each team will play in 5-6 match(es) on Friday nights over the course of 8 weeks (varies per session).   Friends can request to be GROUPED on the SAME team! 

Mondays & Wednesdays 

Between the hours of 5:30pm & 8:30pm

Please make sure you are available between these times

• Friday Evenings (Starting match times range between 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM). 
• All matches will be 50 minutes in length (5 minute warm-up time included). 
• Best 2 out of 3 games to 25 (or 50 minutes, whichever comes first)
• Matches are held at North County Gyms mainly North County Recreation (aka Redman). This is dependent on the overall number of teams registered. 
• T-Shirt will be provided for League Play.
